What’s systemic therapy?

What’s systemic therapy?

System therapy is a collective term for all methodologies and strategies used in counseling and treatment of those who come as a couple, a family, as a parent-child, and other combinations, … with all kinds of psychosocial problems. Even those who come alone can be guided through system therapy: you live among people and connect with others every day. Sometimes this connection is clear, sometimes not. Sometimes we are aware of this connection, and sometimes not at all. Through systemic viewing, thinking and acting, you discover which connections affect you and how you and the people around you can deal with it.

Wondering:

to come alone?
to start together?
